South African Mining company seeks Expansion Capital

In February 2005, the promoters started exploration in the diamond mining industry in the DRC. The promoters had previously been working on the West Coast of Africa in Marine Diamond Mining for the past 15 years. The current team has over 80 years combined mining experience which will contribute to the success of this diamond mining project.

Mining and sampling these past four years proved highly successful and profitable and the current ownership are convinced that this project will be a great success, delivering great opportunity and returns to investors who wish to become part of the planned investment and expansion.

Current ownership therefore invites investors to take up shares in the new “Company to be” to structure and implement an effective and wealth-creating entity in the diamond-industry from mining in the DRC. The total CAPEX needed for this mining operation is R90 Million (USD$11, 25 Million) which will be raised on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Funding that is raised from our shareholders will be used to fund the listing process on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
